Oh, I've had a really day! Not least because apparently my CEO's been bigging me up to the board, and I've been personally credited with earning the company an extra £1million profit, which ain't bad for your first month...

I also found a lovely little indoor food market in the city centre, with an extremely passionate man behind the counter. We bartered and agreed on a bulk price deal for fresh brazil nuts (and yes they really do taste better!), and I also bought the most extraordinary turkish delight for my Dad's birthday pressie (don't tell him, Mum!) - pistachio and chocolate and even mint Turkish delight :shocked:.

The only problem was, he kept feeding me samples of things! And it would have been rude to decline... so I went back to the office stuffed on macademias, wasabi nuts, and enough Turkish Delight to put me on a proper sugar high

So today's menu has actually been really awful - mainly because of the timings:
11:30 - fresh grapefruit, olives and seeds
15:30 - nuts and turkish delight
17:00 - fresh orange
20:30 - fresh spinach with cottage cheese, mango and whole peanuts

Whoops!
