hmmmm sarah, why is it that when I see that you have wine, I suddenly feel the need to replenish my glass .

It's odd isn't it, whenever I read someone has wine I immediately reach for a glass. Luckily it came with the Tesco delivery so I didn't have to go to the shop and get chocolate and crisps in the process.

You're doing well on the ISA / house saving fund, well done :A

I do however, have concerns that the clothes challenge total in your sig may not be completely accurate though :rotfl:.

Must get to bed before I feel compelled to refill my glass, again :o

:j I passed the Cats Protection homecheck! :j The lady is doing another visit for an indoor cat at the weekend so wants to place specific cats after that. I am still hoping for Fox or Noah both of whom are deaf, but the homechecker also had in mind Florence, who is partially sighted, or Minka an older cat who is a little deaf. All these cats have to remain indoors for their own safety, I would never ever keep one in for my own benefit. If anyone fancies a peek:

We both agree I wouldn't suit kittens or two adult cats together as there isn't the space, tho it is a two bed flat.

Fab news Fire Fox - I had a look and they are all very cute. Loved the youtube of Noah playing with a toy - he is beeeyoutiful!

Their stories were really touching, poor Florence and her eyesight...bless!

I can't believe this is turning into a cat board though!! I do like visiting someone with a cat but I don't think I could manage the responsibility!

    HOUSE NEWS ALERT
I'm trying not to be too annoying with this so brief update. Went to view house again with my friend who is a Kirsty-a-like (from Location location) and is very knowledgeable about property etc. She gave me lots to think about and also a thumbs up.

So today I went for my financial assessment - I was SO nervous that i would be refused and I'd got so much paper, all kinds of statements and documents and in the end the guy needed hardly anything and he approved me in about 3 mins!!!! :j:D:j:D

Next step is to be approved by the Housing Association and I'm hoping they can do this asap as the suspense is killing me!
I've got my own flat :j:j

Now I have to pay the bills

And feed my interiors addiction ;)

It's funny, I'm not a great one for period places - mostly cos they don't have a lot of space..lots of low ceilings etc and I'm not that bothered by Victorian fireplaces and that kind of thing.

However this combines amazing period features with tons of space.

If I get this, I will be the luckiest, jammiest person alive!!!

I'm ready for it to go wrong though, keep telling myself if it is meant to be I'll get it! :o
