Do you have anything that you could ebay? I know my spending sprees have resulted in a lot of stuff that is untouched and I don't need and could probably sell if I know how to ebay and wasn't so lazy and technologically disadvantaged. You might be able to make quite a bit to chuck at the debts and make one or two of them disappear completely.

Thanks, but I'm keeping all the stuff I have now. I got rid of loads of things and gave them to charity when I moved as I couldn't cope with the volume of things. I probably should have ebayed them but I had noone to help me move apart from my neighbour. I was near cracking up and had to get things done quickly.

Wow Sarah, it sounds like you've done a mammoth clearout -well done :j

The main problem is lack of space really, I cannot wait until I have my own home, it is driving me mad having to fit everything in. One good thing is that this massive clearout will make it much easier for me to move out as there will be a lot less sorting and packing.:j

I have managed to get rid of 11 bags of rubbish so far, plus will try to make at least 3 bags of books and 2 bags of clothes to get rid of as well. I cannot believe I fitted all that stuff in in the first place.

Talking about clear outs, does anyone give anything to charity now or do people ebay their stuff?
