very skinny teenage girls? not sure but I do remember a very painful day spent with a tearful friend at the Metro centre while she tried on boots... I went into Evans to see their boots (I'm size 12/14 BTW) but they were really wide - is there no happy medium? mmmm...can see a possible business opportunity here...

I have tried the Evans option too (l am size 12) but although they fit in the calf the foot bit is wide fitting too - and far too big for me

I always think the ones in Evans look like waders for fishermen:o I want to have smaller calves and fit in nice boots, I already have a brown and a black pair that I can't do up but I could a couple of years ago:rolleyes:

I actually have some Next wide fit ones that are really nice - but they are 4 years old and starting to look a bit battered :rolleyes:
