This wine I've got here claims to have 9.4 units of alcohol hidden in it! That's two thirds of a week's allowance for a woman .. or maybe they've put the decimal point in the wrong place

Hmmmm mine just tells me that it's got 12.5% & also instructs me to

Just googled it and the safe alohol limits are 2-3 units per day for women and 3-4 for men. So if a bottle is 9.4 units, we are allowed less than a glass a day:rolleyes:

Humph. Yes. I was going to start my £100 treats thing on 1st Sept as well, will have most of it left at the end of the month as nice food and chocolate won't be allowed. :rolleyes: However, I do want to lose 2 stone by Christmas so I will have to do it.

That has just reminded me, we are 2/3 through the year, so I should have completed 66 things on my 100 list. I know without looking it will be about 20

Fear not, you havent missed anything yet, I am starting all my MSE type activites on the 1st of September.

The list includes :

Carry On Questing - new volume of the same old sagas,
Carry On Treating - new way of working alcohol, shoes etc into the budget ,
Carry On Dieting - self explanatory :rolleyes:,
Carry On Debt Busting - including an ambitious return to the joys of NSDs _pale_
Carry On Exercising - including walking to your food
& of course the old favourites
Carry On Drinking & Carry On Being Single :rotfl:
