I shouldn't really be drinking as I was last night as well, but never mind:o

Dan, did you order that bargain M&S wine? How many bottles did you get?

    Hey it's Saturday night :)

Yeah I got 12 bottles of white and 12 bottles of rose - the white is ok but the rose should probably only have been priced at £2.70 in the first place..!

So I am opening a bottle of the white now :)

Probably was still a bargain as it stops you going to the shop for a bottle of wine and seeing 10 other things you need at the same time. That's my excuse for always having some wine in the house anyway:o:D

Grrr, am very annoyed as I had a £25 off Virgin wines voucher courtesy of Autoglass when they replaced my windscreen & I cant find it anywhere .

I am rather scared of having wine in my treats budget rather than grocery budget & think I shall have to limit my intake to maybe a couple of bottles week. Does anyone know what the recommended healthy intake is ?

I think for women it is 14 units per week, not sure though. I think that is about 2 bottles per week. (oh dear:rotfl:)

Oh, yes, I do listen to advice now & again :rotfl:. It is brilliant, so different from any other book I have read, I havent read any for a day, I almost dont want to finish it :o, but now that you've mentioned it & my glass is empty perhaps I should take myself to bed rather than pour another glass & some more nuts .

Well done on your lbs loss & deposit gain , excellent work :D.

Ooooh thanks for another book tip :D

Never mind out of date lbs thing - are you ready for the serious but secret health challenge starting Tuesday ?

I have now finished the entire bag of nuts & am on unit number 3 ( if we're starting from tonight). I got into the very civilized habit of a couple of glasses every night while on hol & I was hoping to keep this up. I think the key is to use smaller glasses :rotfl:
