  • *wonders if now is a good time to admit to eating rich tea and nutella for the last hour or so what with the arrival of the personal trainer ;)*

*backs out of thread wiping chocolate from around mouth*

    xx
I wouldn't worry too much Buffy! The 'personal trainer' is not a fan of chocolate but loves kettle chips, pizza and lots and lots of wine, so 'as you were'!
  • HI all and hope you're having a good weekend.

Is gorgeous weather here and been out on my bike and taught at the gym this morning which will partially offset the boozy late lunch/early evening cocktails I am going out for this afternoon I hope!

For those of you who would like to do some 'virtual fitness'... Do you want to tell me what 'bits' you really would like to tone up. I have seen 'bingo wings' and you will be delighted to know that they respond pretty quickly! Let me know the rest and I am going to then list a little session that anyone who wants to can do when they have time.

I was thinking that the best way of doing it at first would be to use a TV programme with adverts in (Friends on E4, Jeremy Kyle etc etc) and at first to do two different exercises up to the first advert break. Does that make sense?! That way you're not going to get bored or do too much at first and you have something to concentrate on to keep your mind off it a bit if you really don't like exercise!

And it made me laugh about Jeremy Kyle making you feel better about yourself. I actually went on a couple of years ago - in the audience NOT as a 'contestant'! He is very creepy in the flesh!

    Have a great weekend everyone...

Hi all, I am not declaring yesterday at all, except to say I appear to be one Easter egg down.:o Anyway, as usual I am starting again today.

Have restarted the rampage re decluttering, am going to ruthlessly go through my books and see what I can get rid of and take to the charity shop. That will be my job for the weekend and then I will do the same with my wardrobe, luckily I have a few days off for agreeing to work on the bank holiday instead.

Hopefully in the next few days I will be living somewhere clean, tidy and uncluttered and a nice place to be. :j Just need to get all the work done first icon9.gif

Oh dear.:o I am not doing very well. I have sorted through a pile of about 150 books from a huge box in the corner and only 8 have been put in the bag.:o This is not good, I need the space.

I am not giving away any self help books, reference books, any of my favourites or any I haven't read. I haven't even started on the bookcases yet. I really am trying to be ruthless but it would appear I am not very good at it. I will go through the pile again and aim for 30.

    Hi All,
Like Buffy I went out last night, with a guy i met through a dating site, and believe it or not i thought he was alright, and it was a good evening and am talking to him on msn now, i've just got this feeling i'm going to jinx it real soon, so i'm trying to keep it low key.

Hope everyone enjoys at least 1 chocolate egg despite the diets.
