I've so lost my working mojo...there was talk of me moving to another area for a short secondment but I don't think that is gonna happen. I can't decide if a good or bad thing as don't know what would happen with my workload while I'm gone!
I know what you mean. I've had 3 secondments so far this year but I've had to still keep up with my existing workload as well. I can't say I'm happy about it but right now I'm just concentrating on making myself indispensable while other people are losing their jobs.0 -
Wasn't there something called Thunderbird too?
Yup - it was a bit like Mad Dog. Sometimes you still see those things in corner shops.SunderlandBlackCat wrote: »I know what you mean. I don't know why I want to do a secondment really, I've only been in my current job for 10mths and there is still so much to learn. I think I just need a few things to go my way at work!!!! The kid that abused me in the street is likely to get arrested soon for breaching his ASBO so I'll be pretty happy when that happens!!!!
I just need to be a bit more organised and feel like I'm on top of things. I think tomorrow I'm gonna sort out my packed in-tray, do my filing and try and sort out my emails. I think I'll feel better when that happens.I've got my own flat :j:j
Now I have to pay the bills
And feed my interiors addiction0 -
Makeup I just wrote a long reply and when I pressed post it just signed me out  But basically, no I can't afford it :rotfl: It was booked (along with my holiday and another camping trip next week) before I knew I would no longer be receiving child maintenance
I'd also wrote about the first time I was drunk, I was 15 and Nicnacnoo had to come and pick me up from my mates house, I had to be carried to the car :oAnd the next day I got sent home from work I was so ill. It was thunderbirds I was drinking that night and I've never drank it since, don't even know if they still make it
It was mainly white lightning and special red in those days though so god knows how I ended up on thunderbirds.Initial Debt July 2020 - £6,772.80

Ha, ha! You confused me.I share your pain on that one. On the bright side they'll be gone forever in a year or so - although I'm not convinced Santander will be much better.

Yes, next week! And definitely the week after, I am off work - woohoo!! Hoping for a week of sunshine :rotfl:. I think my current bleurgh feeling means that I might be due a proper break from work as I haven't had more than a couple of days off since Christmas.
Anyway, it has been on the To Do list for far, far too longI let my mind wander the other day about how much I might have made by now if I'd have started doing it when I first heard about it and it was awful
. Keep nagging, I need it
.

Yes, £50 to £100. It's a pain but unavoidable I'm afraid. Here you read this thread yet?http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=325861

Gwendoline I have edited my reply to you above as I forgot to reply to most of what you said..! This is because I was busily berating myself for spending 61p on Mini Cheddars from the vending machine..0 -
