How's everybody? Hope you've recovered from your ordeal Lula. Probably better to find out his issues sooner rather than later though. Any other possibilities or are you sworn off men for a while?

How's it going with the 26 year old Buffy? Shame about the disco, but maybe there are some other events that are a bit better?

Ziggles - I'd consider going speed dating on my own. I think there were a few people on their own when I went. As long as you can get a glass of wine down you, you'll be fine. All the girls ended up nattering and having a laugh when I went anyway, so I'm sure you'd be fine.

Nice to see you back ShoeGal. I've been following your diary a bit. Shame about crush guy, but you might meet someone fab at the races?!

I'm kicking myself. Basically I've got loads to do, but what have I done all weekend? Nothing! Arghh! Now I'm really annoyed with myself. What is wrong with me? Why am I such a lazy c0w? Actually I'm not that bad, but I have days where I run around doing a billion things manically and others like this weekend where I do sweet f all. Why can't I try and find some balance? Not much I can do about it now, except try and do a couple of little things before bed, so I don't feel too bad.

Other than that, I've had a brief chat with the fish tonight. We've exchanged emails with the intention of chatting on there, except he's never on. Of course, saddo that I am, I'm always logged in. If he leaves it too long to chat, nothing will happen at all, so he needs to pull his finger out a bit. Although the brief chat we had this afternoon was good. He's funny. Is it wrong that I'm thinking...hmmm....good looking, good job, funny, 37, never married, no kids....commitmentphobe???

I agree gwen, either I rush round getting every little thing done or I just laze about doing sod all except reading or watching iplayer. Have done nothing this weekend apart from a bit of pampering and putting 2 loads of washing on so late that I can't line dry them:o

Am now lazing about with a glass of wine, knowing that I won't get any more done until next weekend.

I know! And that's the thing, I know I'll hardly get anything done at all during the week cos I'll be too knackered after work. What is wrong with me.

Me too - but I suspect I use that as an excuse as I always have the energy to go out after work :rolleyes:

I am always too tired after work to bother with any housework type things, if I don't get it done over the weekend it stays not done. Good job I don't have a family to look after as well:D:o I only have to look after one room, one kitchen cupboard, one shelf in the fridge and one car.:o I have too much stuff. I need a house so I can spread these things about and it doesn't need decluttering.

P.S. Is it you who mentioned Brabantia bins? I want one now! I have earmarked some quidco money for one when I finally get a house.
