I believe they are breaking the rules of flickr by not having the photo itself link back to Flickr. I thought you had to if it was being used for this sort of purpose.
I'm on there too and HATE HATE HATE it when people do things like this. Luckily, most of the time people contact me, but still. It's very wrong and I would be sending them a very strongly worded letter if I were you!

All my settings are set to only me being able to blog/print/download. They def got it off flickr as they have put up a link to my pics.

rightly or wrongly i automatically assumed that the children in the picture were all autistic / disabled as that is what the article is about

They have a link to my flickr under the picture. I think the most i'll do this time is just to write to them and say something about the fact they didn't ask then leave it at that.

They have obv done a search for rollercoaster pics (that's the title of mine) and came up with my picture. The picture has been used now so there is nothing i can do about it really:confused: Just makes me think about removing pictures from flickr if they can be stolen like that. Supposed to be copywrite protected.

    Good afternoon everyone.

I've been on the sofa all day under a blanket with 'man flu' :(

Well the plumber has been and apparantly put the wrong right, now we have to wait for Npower to come and check it - which they say, will be within the next 2 weeks!
Not only that, we have to pay an extra £67 call out fee! un-bl**dy-believable!

Thankyou so much to everyone that has voted for my little Holly-boo, it really is appreciated. All voters also go into a draw to win £750 holiday vouchers and you can vote everyday. :D Thankyou all so much for your votes.

Hope you are all as well as can be. Wheres Toni today?

    xxxx
EXTRA GOOD LUCK EVERYONE FOR 2015. XXX

:rotfl: at the thought of me being classified as a semi-professional :):o I love taking photos and want to do a uni course but can't afford it right now so can't. Ideally, I want to be a wedding photographer but have yet to find the right contact. I've got a gig photographer friend who I've been meaning to use to get better gigs but what can I say? I'm lazy. :D

I've had a few published on online articles and groups and stuff, and one IRL but I can't remember where that was. I love taking photos at gigs and can't STAND flash photography :)

I'm on flickr, same username as on here actually ;) and you'd have to swim through a sea of myspace-type photos and me and my drunken friends to find anything good :) most of my favourites are of gigs or family actually. I'd fish some out now but I can't as I'm at work ;) apart from this one I have on quicklink:
