I ordered some aftershave that hasn't turned up yet but it did save 2-4 weeks delivery.0

it keeps saying that they will check for my email addres for who they sent a voucher to as lied and says it didnt work didnt even get 10
-
I used a voucher but received damaged item; not even new by the look of it. Had to chase them up for weeks to get freepost return address, queued ages in our ONE post office to send back and awaited new replacement.
They said they never received it back though I have post certificate. They wanted the cert posted [at further money/time cost to me] so asked for refund. Now, 6 weeks after paying, still no refund.
They even hide the ongoing query records in My Account making it a longer process to contact them [emails are all NO REPLY so you have to use their site].
Just dreadful service and though don't recall the old Zavvi being much use [they would advertise IN STOCK but never dispatch], and have tried The Hut and found them very unreliable and with no concept of apology or compensation. If they are now owner of Zavvi then seems poor service style has been transposed to jointly make them EVEN WORSE!
Good luck to those who haven't suffered same treatment but shall not be using either company again.0 -
I have also read that the "The Hut" now run Sendit.
A friend has been trying for over 6 months to get money owing from them, but they just keep passing the buck.0 -
This thread is most interesting.I have had the same problem as many of you.Used the £5 code issued to me,and it didn't work but as the game i wanted was still cheaper there than anywhere else ,i went ahead and ordered it.
I then sent a message to them through their help system to ask for a refund of the £5.I was promised this would be done.Of course it wasn't so i tried again. And again they said they would refund the £5.Been away on hols and returned to find......yep, no refund. So an even stronger worded message, plus today i have sent an email to their customer service in case it is a different section than the mere form you fill in.I am very annoyed,i know £5 isn't a great lot,and i did get the item but they should NOT be promising discounts that they don't give.
I will never use them again.0
