I ordered a CD today with both, £5 off and 10% discount.
£1.13...Bargin!0 -
Do I have to re-register with the same e-mail address the code was sent to, in order to use it?
I would prefer to re-register with a different email. But as the code is unique, will it say I cant use the code with a different e-mail?
edit: Also having the same problems with no sign of discount in shopping cart. Will leave for tonight with hope that answers are given tomorrow.0 -
Fed up with it now - they have got me to re-register as part of this (which was their aim with this offer) & now it seems they are not honouring their side of the bargain. They can keep their £5!0

I only used the £5 voucher and that worked for me earlier
2008: £783.12 - 2009: £6,401.15 - 2010: £4,230.61 - 2011: £8720 - 2012: £2,041.89
2013: £134.960 -

But that would mean they win and have successfully kind of conned you, can't be having that. Never give up!0 -
Not just me by the sound of it....can I really be bothered? They lose in the end as I won't be shopping there again.0

£5 code not working for me

I received a £5 off code in an email today. I cannot get it to work, not even on it's own without the 10%. Wonder why they seem to have stopped them? They didn't give me that long to use it before cancelling it.0

Sounds like a PR disaster, I managed to order a book for £4.95 yesterday lunchtime with no problems but when I looked at their site again later yesterday all of the products I had been looking at had gone up by a £1! And now it seems like their £5 discounts aren't working. Personally I won't be using them again after this as with these sort of tactics I can't see them lasting long. I don't want to risk them going into administration with my order money, which would be less than £100 so I would have no come back and just lose my cash.0
