Sorry,Just found the number.Just given them a ring and they have given me a new code that i can use from 9am tomorrow.Just hope the prices don't go up again tomorrow!Try giving them a ring 0844 264 0702

Ordered 2 days ago, price noticed gone up a £1 today. Order status stills says processing. Order value after discount was 60p so not too fussed if doesnt work but sounds like a mess. Why do they knock the 10% after the voucher??? You are using the £5 as a payment method. So the 10% should come off first then the £5 off the remainder. I have a feeling that my order wont be honoured as they will claim out of stocks etc etc. One big PR disaster....

Very happy as I had a call 15 mins ago from Zavvi with a new code for me to use. Used it on a dvd - 25p to pay.

Although it was a bit of a muddle to start with I'm grateful for this offer and pleased that Zavvi sorted it out. If I get the dvd even better......:D

Actually, the ZAVVI10 code is MEANT to expire tonight (Thursday) at midnight...

Well i tried it quite a few times and even tried on another computer.No joy.Just used the £5 on its own.Never mind it was still a bargain in the end.Just a shame it took all this just to get a discount that should have been easy:j
