Seems like the prices have gone down again, but now you can only use the 10% voucher it seems. A massive shambles! Rubbish website!0

Wicked I used the 10% voucher. It was so much cheaper than HMV.s. X2 tickets for Itunes festival in London, Wagamamma's cookbook, Girls Aloud ticket bundle, Herbal essence dazzling shine range. Slumberdown bedding, Free Cadburys chocolate bar, Jellybeans, Bioderma Cleanser, X2 Susan Boyle tickets,X3 Cushelle koala's, The hut bluetooth speaker Headphones, Henry V open air theatre tickets, playdoh set,£5000

i ordered yesterday using both codes no problem at all
entered 10% code off first on right hand side
then went to actual checkout page
and then entered £5 off code
this worked
maybe people have been trying different codes to get £5 off and this has therefore made yours invalid0 -

Nope... was working fine for me yesterday until I couldn't get past the payment page as it said all fields were blank. Then they put the price up, now they have brought it down, and now you can only use the 10% voucher, but not your £5 voucher.0 -
My £5 is not working either.Checked terms/conditions says the codes are valid until 30th May.Getting fed up with trying now.Doesn't say anywhere that you can't use both codes. What a waste, they got my hopes up on getting a bargain for nothing :rolleyes:0

I ordered yesterday and it accepted my £5 voucher , AND the 10% code. Funny thing is , i was after buying a book , and had just requested my password from HMV to be sent to my email address. When i logged in to my email to get it so i could buy from them , the £5 code was there from Zavvi! Cost me 86p for the book i wanted!
If anyone hasn't seen The Boy In The Striped Pyjamas yet......i suggest you do!James thinks worrying is like a rocking chair, it gives you something to do, but it doesn't get you anywhere
If i help you...Please thank me! :beer:0 -
Hi, I received my code yesterday and I can't get it to work at all
Have emailed them but it says that it takes up to 2 days to reply
I had purchased through them before, but had to re-register as I could not remember my password, so requested they mail it to me at the same email and the reply stated that it could'nt find an existing account for that email.....so
:rotfl:
Decided I'd give them a ring. Lovely lady said that some wrong codes were issued and after confirming some details with me, including the code I'd been sent (for varification) she apologised and said that they would send me a new one that would work within 24hrs.0 -
A full 24 hours later & still no e-mail. Checked my spam box too - nada.No signature here. Move along please.0

Emailed them yesterday; they said they were have trouble with my code (as if it was a one off!) and gave me a new one which will work from 9AM tomorrow. Now time to wait until then. Try mailing them on the contact us service explaining the problem and they might do the same, don't know if the new code will work though.....0

I pre-ordered Bourne identity Blu-ray yesterday having recieved a £5 code, I noticed the price had gone up by £2 from the day before but it was still a good saving when compared to the cheapest I could find elsewhere, so I was happy..... until I went onto the site this morning & found that they had dropped the price back down by £2??? there is also reference to the 10% discount but nothing if you clink the link! the code zavvi10 was visible on the site yesterday, having seen other posts it seems to me that zavvi have deliberately raised their prices in the hope that most of the vouchers sent would be used on the day of issue!! bit dodgy really.0
