I think you should be prepared for some physical symptoms. For example you are probably running on adrenaline pretty much every day. Once the debt has gone, you will be able to relax, expect therefore to be ill (ie cold etc) cos you have been in fight mode for so long now.
Also you might feel a bit directionless. You have had a goal for a long time now. It has pretty much been your main focus. There are suddenly going to be many more hours in the day, so you will need to refocus on something else. But then you have your website to nurture as well as your family.
Have you worked out how much surplus you will have a month when the mortgagae and the debts are gone. Maybe you can plan what you will do with the money......
