    I gather the housing market is very sluggish in the UK. My renters seem to have been looking since April, and are still renting my house so woohoo for that but just goes to show they are cash buyers and can't find anything they like...I guess a lot of people are staying put, cos there seems to be still no certainty in the jobs market in the UK at the moment.

    Mrscmr, hope things are going OK for you. And that you get a sale through too. Have you started looking at rented in your area, so you know how much you are lookng at. Also have you thought about renting your place out, if you move to Switzerland?
