Morning mrs cmr. Hows things today? I live in northern ireland and the house we rent out is the first house that me and oh bought together. We have been renting it out for 3 years now and ideally i would love to sell it but there is no point because the value has went down so much that we may even be in negative equity!! The whole thing is so stressful as the tenants that just moved out had burnt holes in worktops etc...so annoying!! Depending on interest rates we may go onto repaymemt mortgage in december as it looks like we will be holding onto it for the forseeable future. Have a good day!

  • hi well I'm at mum and dads and I've done 30 min on treadmill having my slimfast stuff flaming starving but hopefully in a week results will show x I keep thinking about stuff should I stick to original target plan or should we start saving cash to clear the homeowner loan? This saving us 218.28 a month? I don't know how to work out what I'd be saving and if it will make a difference to the debt time or if it would cost me as much in ontrest with the credit cards eee what do u think? X
