  • Good morning

Hope you are having a good day - nearly the weekend!!!
I too am selling my house and have argued the agents commission down to 3% from 5% + IVA but I still think it is too expensive for what they do or don't!. I have been looking on the internet at forums and free advertising sites and have had some response from these, so it may well be worth doing. Just think what you could do with the extra 5%.

  • Well done on your first Shop sale, I'm looking forward to Monday when I open mine, have ordered some more stock today, have done quite well on some of the stuff I've bought the last two weeks and have had to order some more.

Am glad it's the weekend, am going to have a bit of a rest and do some sorting out as the house is a mess, have loads of clothes that need sorting out, toys that need sorting out and my office to tidy up.
