now here's a funny thing... we all know what a Terry's chocolate orange is .. .right? some of us love it and some of us think the combination of chocolate and orange is just soo wrong and evil - but whatever our preference we know what it is.
soooo consider this... in OH suitcase i pack a Terry's chocolate orange, as a little gift/surprise for him - a token of home - he takes it into work - and sends round an email to his european colleagues - think swiss, german, italian and further afield ... saying "terry's chocolate orange on my desk - all welcome"
along come said colleagues... they had never heard or seen such a thing in their lives... never SEEN a terry's choc orange. some tried it and loved it... some refused to try it and just wanted to look at it!!!!!?!?!?!?
how weird is that? i mean - some wanted to just look at it? omg - these are supposedly highly skilled, intelligent people...
some folk... eh!Highest Debt £581,000 Nov 08 and now owe nothing! yes really! I have learnt my lesson the hard way!

Gosh, well done on listing so much! I managed a grand total of.....14! There again, it was all last minute and I was like a mad woman, just rushing round the house grabbing stuff I'd had half a mind to "do", and seizing the moment. So was actually quite pleased I did it at all. And it took me....2 hours! Don't know quite why it takes me so long - need to get better and quicker at it (well, that and about a million other things....)

another weird thing i managed to do today was....
i put my satnav, media centre thingy and computer on the car all into spanish. .... i have no idea how and it took 20 mins to put back to english.. was amusing at the time until i realised i couldnt understand it. :-( adios!Highest Debt £581,000 Nov 08 and now owe nothing! yes really! I just did a longish post and the forum crashed and it's gone ;-(
Anyway....you have inspired me to sort out my Ebay Clearance there is boxes of it and I haven't had the time to sort it all out...but next week I start.
The push is Egg are keen to f+f.....and so, I could raise it with the ebay £££.
Jan/feb are always a bit slow (unless you sell snow boots and the like) but still plenty of buyers about. We have been shocked at our Real Life sales over the past 2 weeks......didn't expect them to be good at all and they have been way up on forecast. Strange.....even with the snow causing all that bother too.
I have my OH back for a couple of days too.....it's hard when work takes them away..but handy for getting stuff done.;) It's only until July 2010 though...we get to all live together again then.0 -
