well doing everything i can... have talked to cccs may do so again. can i ask... what does it do to your credit rating? or do i actually care? will i ever want credit again? nooo

    good day all!x
It does trash your credit rating - but that fact that you have had to make arrangements to pay also trashes your credit rating. As some of the other posters have said - having access to credit is not always a good thing as it makes your debt cycle last longer - in that you maintain a standard of living you can't afford for longer! At least being refused credit is a wakeup call and makes you address things sooner.

I think the fact that you do have assets is in your favour - and will be taken into consideration. I think your credit rating is impacted all the time your on a dmp and for a few years after that. CCCS or National Debtline should be able to tell you more....

I can still access credit - We could borrow up to £50K more before we maxed our cards out - obviously that would be an incredibly bad idea! We just keep the cards to do credit card tarting between them....
