But tbh if they are all doing their jobs properly what are they worried about? An average day in my life:hello: :mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T:rotfl: :rotfl:

Lucky in Scotland we have the yes/no/not proven option on our questionnaire. :rotfl:
I guess if you write one, you have an item in mind or a reason to visit the shop (in a shopper role)An average day in my life:hello: :mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T:rotfl: :rotfl:

What is not proven?

Scottish law allows 'not proven' rather than a guilty/not guilty verdict - I think.
As for standards, yup its exactly why MS'ing is done but if the staff know that they do their jobs properly they have nothing to worry about when the reports come in, if they know they dont do it properly then a bad MS report could force them to start doing it properly, and just think how many people are going to have a better experience on the one day they do bother to do it properly just in case one of us comes to visit....It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Yes I think the not proven just means we think you did it but we are gonna sit on the fence and make you suffer forever.....
Further to the bad MS reports I don't know if it would help if we knew or not that bonuses depend on getting reports above a certain score. For most folkes on minimum wages working in these shops and banks the bonus is what makes it into a decent wage. I know I feel guilty if the whole branch suffers because of one person having an off day. No wonder they sometimes try to discredit MSers, its worth a try to keep a bonus.Couldn't think of anything witty to say so just keeping the space until I can

Possibly just your area? The last few days I've picked up a fair few jobs in the area I like to shop, but generally I do find the start of the month the busiest for accumulating jobs. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Same here. It was the same last month. Hugely busy picking up jobs at the start of the month and it petered out towards the last two weeks.
Pick up loads so maybe things are... no I'm not going to say it.0
