Took me a minute, but I think you are referring to the fact that the answer has to be both yes and no, as the 2 parts of the question are mutually incompatible.

(I answered no btw as I did not go in with a specific item in mind and was not inspired, yet had to make a purchase in order to get paid for the job.)

I just put White, Asian, East European accent... sometimes to test them I put tight-fisted Scot, Penny-pinching Englishman, Wonky Welshman... never lost yet :T

I think it's best not to mention ethnicity unless it is specifically given as an option / question.

Some companies get upset about it. They think it's discriminatory. Best to leave it out if you're not specifically asked - if they want more info they can always call you and you can say the only other distingushing feature was the person's ethnicity, and they can say there and then if they don't want to use that.

I think I will go with Asian, how can aba-i be offended with that as a description?

I don't believe this RE questionnaire - you know how they ALWAYS have a big box at the end saying something along the lines of "explain your experience in the store"? This one doesn't have one, and this is the one time I really could do with one, because the visit was a little different from how it should have been (not due to my fault I might add)!

Do they have a list or do you have to describe it in your own words.
