Hi all. I did a visit for Mystery Outsource a couple of weeks ago to a "opticians" store near me. It was my first every mystery shop. The thing I'm not sure about it when and how am I going to get paid? I had to pay £35 for the eye test which is supposed to be reimbursed. I am also expecting £15 for the visit. A total of £50 I am waiting for. I sent of my receipt and everything to the address I was given. When I log in on the mystery outsource website there is no record of my visit. I'm starting to get a bit worried.
Takeout client name JD. This may have been allocated by Mystery Outsource, but it could of been on behalf of Amber Arch. From what I remember they pay by cheque. Try contacting the person who gave you the job. It may have been for Amber arch as they do these jobs which is why its not on MO website0 -

They will send you a cheque after about 3 weeks.0 -
Hi guys Wonder if anyone has an opinion on this ( I have asked before but sadly no one responded) but the scenario has progressed and I now feel like I'm MSing the MSing company purely for me and you!!!
The company is Corporate Research (American) and the shop is initially a recorded call via their switchboard leading to a visit. I have had a problem connecting with the call (which is advertised as toll free but is chargeable outside the States what a b****r).
I informed the Company of my difficulty and the call charge. They acknowledged my email asked the value of the charges later informed me the connection was fine and even later reminded me that my report was overdue!
I actually thought I had lost the assignment but decided to continue as they said they would change the completion by date if I came back with a visit date. I've just done 2 further calls and of course reviewed the calls too. The cost of the calls equates to half the value of the fee!! and I've still got the Nursing home visit to do which should take an hour.
I've emailed the Company to ask them to confirm this is all in order and how would they like me to invoice them ( very polite)
Any thought??? Any previous experience of this Company???

Anyone else having problems with Gfk?
I'm trying to fill out a report and it keeps telling me to use the spellchecker - it doesn't like the spelling of the name of the person who served me. However, when I click on the check spelling it crashed my whole system and logs me out of my server! It's being a real pain and I cannot complete my report. :mad:'Fear is the path to the dark side. Just replying to my own question there!
Apparently Gfk are having problems with the reports at the moment and the spell checker and the IT guys are looking into it. If anyone else is having these problems give them a call and they will disable the spell check until the fault is fixed.

OOPPS read that too late, just taken me two hours to do phone shop report, The questions were unreal, deffo will not be bothering with that one again, SPELLCHECK THAT:mad:0 -

ive done 2 jobs for M. outsource/amber a shoe shop with purchase and send off on 19th feb and an opticians at start of march... i havent been paid for either....:cool:
neither showiong on the outsource or amber website as allocated jobs.. in fact i cant even log in to ambers site.
both had send offs special delivery to ambers head office...
ive emailed my contact to look in tot this.. she hasnt replied... been a week now...
any one else not been paid ?
im not doing any more for them till this is sorted though0 -
