It probably depends too, on how far you're willing to travel. I was visiting friends about 100 miles away last weekend so added that to my areas and will be going to London in a few weeks time, so have added that in advance.
If you want to see some of the other jobs, you can always add a few more locations & put up to 50 miles on them and you'll probably see more, even if you can't do them - not sure whether that might be more frustrating tho!
Josie the same used to happen to the Lovely Bryyssn. As you know she is 2 miles from me in Bearsden. I got offered jobs but for yonks she was offered jobs in Inverness and other places hundreds of miles away. Took her ages to sort it out.
If it helps anyone with the same problem though their fees are crap, ( I wonder if the fees are now set by Fred the Shrink), but there staff are very helpful on the phone. And it is not the ones we phone and rant at who set the fees.
So if you have a problem they do try and help if you ring them.
Know what as most of you know I am a bit down. Did a REact survey visit tonight. Cinema visit. Guess which film. Now I have 2 lovely wee dugs and what film did I get but Marley and Me.
So Timmne ( aka HRW) can I claim 3 boxes of tissues as expenses. Here is a challenge...have anyone of you seen it and NOT come out bawling. That question is for our lovely male forumees.
But that React survey questionnaire 100 plus questions. Spent 50 minutes and near the end the page went blank. Logged in again and all my answers had vamooshed into cyberspace. Aaaagh:mad::mad::mad:
And to my poor southerner mates on here. It cost £3.95 each to get in. So if you want to see film cheap come visit at Chez Hollypear. And I have all this free time now too.
Showed myself up again. Going into Marley and me I asked the bloke if I could get a hot dog!!!! Funny he didn't seem amused. Everyone of the staff looked like they were attending their own funeral. Barely a smile or enjoy the film. I hate doing negative reports but some staff deserve all they get.ie It was quiet how much effort does it take when you pay your tickets to say enjoy the film.Clique member no 1.:D0 -
The only job i've got from bare was a burger job-by phone last moment with double payment-so i have a 9 rating but still no blinking jobs from them
Getting a bit more variety from some of the others now not just fast food.
What would be "good" ratings from the different companies?I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole

I am doing a TNS visit today in the big Blue supermarket. One bit I don't understand. It says at the Grab >N Go ( hot chicken etc) to time how long I queue. I take it that is part of the spend I have on groceries.
It is just by the time I visit all the other depts this chicken or whatever will be cold. Or am I supposed to nip out to my car and eat it then return .
Hope this makes sense. Even I don't understand what I've written.:oClique member no 1.:D0 -

Hi Hollypear,i have done three of the big supermarket ones for TNS recently, none of mine were about the "grab and go", although i do remember the questionnaire asking if there were more than three people in the queue, and if so where there tills that that were closed and had signs on them?? the only thing i can think of would be to time your self in the queue (if there is one)
Sorry cant be more help!0 -

anyway after 15 mins or so  trying differnt answers i must have crashed their server :rotfl:becuase when i went back to the test page again the proper questions where up and i completed it then - fleeping heck !!!0 -
Hi all. I did a visit for Mystery Outsource a couple of weeks ago to an opticians near me. It was my first every mystery shop. The thing I'm not sure about it when and how am I going to get paid? I had to pay £35 for the eye test which is supposed to be reimbursed. I am also expecting £15 for the visit. A total of £50 I am waiting for. I sent of my receipt and everything to the address I was given. When I log in on the mystery outsource website there is no record of my visit. I'm starting to get a bit worried.0

Storecheckers March pay should be in the bank tomorrow.
Gap contacted me because my burger report was too good! There were no cars at all in the drive thru and it was the fastest experience I've ever had. A lady was waiting outside with a PDA and I gave her my order. The payment lady had seen me so she had the napkin bag ready as I pulled up at her window and I gave her the correct money. Then at the collection point, my order was sitting on the window ledge waiting for me. There was no waiting time at all, so even though I wrote comments explaining why it was so quick, I have to justify all my timings againHere I go again on my own....0 -
