Working From Home ?

  • Ask yourself why they are asking for the payment up front? Surely if they were legit they would deduct it from your earnings once you started working. I wouldn't touch them as they're obviously con artists.

    Hello joe2cool

I've moved your thread to the 'Benefits, Tax Credits & Jobseeking' board, where it should get more views and responses.

Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere(please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. If you have any questions about this policy please email abuse@moneysavingexpert.com.

    Kind Regards

  • My (and everyone else will say this too) advice is do not pay to work. Always check if there are ongoing costs, like advertising etc. Alot of companys ask for a signing up fee then you have to advertise thru papares...v expensive if no one bites.

I currently work for a company that sells childrens books, won't say the name as I do not want to be accused of advertising on here, but we are always on the look out for new pwoplw and it is very easy and a high comm, no targets do what you want when and where you want.

Never pay money for work, surveys or other ways of making cash.

There's plenty free information out there on working from home. Anything you pay for is likely to be a scam.

    Try this site for starters:

Here I go again on my own....

I am fairly new to this board and so am not sure if this question has been asked before or if this is the right place to ask it but here goes.

Due to family circumstances i am a fulltime mum. My OH works but we are looking into our financial problems and i reall need to work also. The problem is i have to work from home, again due to family circumstances and was wondering if anyone has any ideas or knows where i may be able to get help and advice with this.

    Thanks.
