Dusty sorry to hear about your Nan. With regards to the house we had 4 weeks with my uncles house so I assume most councils would be the same, I think my cousin said that they could apply for longer if necessary but had to pay the rent throughout. Take it easy honey, thinking of you all x

ODDJobKia my son came out with something similar when his CP asked him 'do you call him your big little brother then' and he replied 'no not his name stupid' :D as she said, as his CP she should know better when dealing with a literal child!

Sorry not been around again, I've not even managed to fit any studying time in yet because been trying to get caravan emptied then taking it to repair place. All sorted now, still got half the contents I took out in my car as I have no idea where to put them? Wish DP haddn't took over the garage enitrely with his car stuff. Good news is someones come off storage today (which is full) with a larger caravan and refused to pay to keep the space so they've said we can have it for the new one :D (it's too long for our current space) we've used there since it opened and got them business so she's also only charging the same as for the small pitch which I am happy about as we prefer there Storage there is £230 a year, up the road at another is £480!

Anyway back home, laundry load in/on line/another in, tea made, DW emptied and on cleaning cycle, DPs stuff sorted for work and cleared some rubbish so far.

I need to get some study time in tonight, emailed tutor last night to try to make sure I'm not barking up entirely the wrong tree with my assignment. ((hugs to all)) wish I had time to catch up with you all as really missing being here :(

Challenge thing still going quite well, so far this week on the 'chucked out' list are some pease pudding, 2 tomatoes (bought rotten...ooops) and 2 passionfruit which turned really quickly. Spending not bad really, the tins cupboard is half empty for the first time since we moved in! I did buy a desert for Monday which were on 2 for 1 (I can't make profiteroles! ? spelling) which wasn't 'essential' but nice all the same. I have refilled the freezer as planned and need to add spending to my target thingy.
One day I might be more organised...........
    GC: £200
Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb

  • DH has come home and is now meddling with the loo and the sink, saying neither seems right, and has dropped his stuff in 3 rooms that I'd just tidied - I could cry or scream, don't know which to go for yet!
    I'd rather be watching CSI!
