I've managed to do those, even though I'm flying offlist this week. I think I may have done all the livingroom list too, but am not bothered. I was really happy to get the butterfly last week!!

    Still thinking about you dusty.

I have been trying to sort out my online bank account access that was blocked last week when I was trying to pay a deposit for our holiday. They have still not got in touch, and I'm now rather cross. So, I've been promised a phone call within two hours. I was going to go to the allotment, but I think I'll potter in the garden at home. I'm tired today.

    Morning ladies

I sorry to tell you all that Nan passed away this morning. She was 89 so had had a long life. It is definitely the best thing for her and whilst not a shock is harder than I thought it would be.

Thank you all so much for your kind thoughts and wishes. Nan always kept a beautiful house with not a speck of dust, she'd have approved of flyladies.

Hugs Dusty, that must be really upsetting for you. My own grandmother was like a mother to me. she was very active, constantly going out swimming & doing housework, until she was dianosed with cancer & went rapidly downhill. She passed away aged 79 :( . I miss her terribly but take comfort from the fact that she enjoyed a long healthy life. My thoughts are with you & your family

Jo how are things in your house today?

Not too bad Mozzy - Well done on doing all those windows!!! I really need to do mine. Im going to amend my list today as I already did little ones room and spent a lot of time in the spare room last night - which looks much better for it.

If I do all the windows inside when I go home, re-hoover downstairs and mop all the floors - then Im juat about done! Well, apart from all the paintwork in the living room  Will try to go round with a wet cloth as Im hoovering and do the skirtings, but that will be about it!

BF coming round tonight, and feeling rather sorry for himself as he was out with work last night and got home at 3.30!!!! Will be an early night, but think I will swing the half hour appointment by telling him that I need a facial for mothers day :D He will agree to anything at the minute most likely :rotfl:

Am looking forward to getting some of the garden done this weekend though. :j

    1. Hi all

Dusty - condolences to you and your family - your nan sounded a lovely lady - sorry for your loss

Lunch plans have gone out the window - instead of escaping and meeting the girls ata pub I'm now waiting in for the builder - the new taps in the downstairs loo are switching themselves on and he's connected the hot to the cold and vice versa - so much for a relaxing day but still I got a long awaited lie-in.

Belated brekkie awaits then need to start putting everything back in its proper place

      HHC at 1.30?

Off to play in the garden now. I have [strike]six[/strike] eight things to plant before DH gets home and realises I have been buying plants again :o .
