OMG.....Can you imagine this board on April 1st?

I guess certain types are setting up their sock puppets right this minute and preparing their wind up posts.

It'll be like Comic relief...perhaps we should organise a charity thingy?

How do you set up a sock puppet? Wash it with out fabric conditioner so its sort of hard?

Can you imagine if fc made a sock puppet? It would be so trashtastic that the blokes round here would be really jealous

I know Lakelady. It`s unbelievable. My investment port folio is up by 36% last week. My sales are through the roof at work and there`s a little white van outside my house with 2 chaps in equally white overalls knocking at my door.

    You win! Lake District town.

Like it or not its true.

Cool, I was thinking it was probably that, but then I thought maybe you were just a fan of mythology...

The Lake District I would imagine to be a bit of a different beast in terms of the housing market. There are still rich people out there who want to buy an idyllic home, and the lake district truly is idyllic.

At last - someone who believes me. During the last big housing recession - prices didn`t drop here, maybe just took a bit longer to sell.

Well I'm trying to check it out using property bee on rightmove (it is a big area so not 100% accurate), but unfortunately property bee isn't working for me right now, so I can't see how prices are fluctuating...

I wouldn't imagine the whole area is immune, after all, there must be less demand for those second homes now, but I can't see the people who own them selling them unless they have to.

Did you dress the Saturdays again? I was wondering as they were similar to the other dresses but without the different colours.

Ferret Couture was very amusing. Another niche market I never knew existed.

We battle it out with production space at one of the factories I use.
Oh dear FC, we can't start your docket for 2 weeks, got 1500 ferret frocks to put through. The ferret goes up there for fittings too.

She's doing big volume ..all on-line too.

Yes...but I didn't physically make those ones....but 2 of them on being rushed through as I write...and soon to be sold on an internet site near you soon....prob 4 weeks. Handy making at home...to make in China would take at least 7 wks min. And they will be £60 retail, which isn't that bad...would be £40 retail if from China.
