Met up with a friend last week. He`s living in rented accomodation looking to buy - with cash. He cannot get anything. The last house he looked at at started off at £260,000 and finished at £305,000.
I met another friend today, he works in a builders merchant, I asked how buisness was and he said very very busy. They had a quiet spell last october and that was it.
I don`t think I can spell parallel

If it were true *checks calendar ... it's nearly 1 April* ... then you must encounter more bigger fools than we've ever met.

I guess certain types are setting up their sock puppets right this minute and preparing their wind up posts.
