Thanks Clio - i'm not bothered either way but had it before i'm sure, several times, when I went mad applying online with RBS one day.... only made 6 applications and got accepted on them all but when I returned paperwork they wrote and declined.... grrr so frustrating.

The same message appeared when I applied for RBS card last year - I received a letter couple of days later asking for 3 months bank statements and payslips. I did receive the car at the end.

yea but i'm barred from applying to RBS for 6 months so gawd knows! I guess it a decline again then! last time i got that screen it said £2k limit (natwest CC) and the time before was £5oo with RBS!

neither time did i get the account

What CRA did they search?
