    The ones listed seem all to be OEM , can anyone provide a link to what cables i would need? im not sure which one to buy and which one is the best?

    I do want black though.

    Is this one good from ebuyer?

    Dealmad, first open your PC case (with power cord disconnected from the mains) & see what you already have in terms of a:

    1. Free IDE cable connector: the same type that connects your IDE hard drive(s) / other optical drive(s) to the motherboard

    2. Free power connector from the power supply: the same type that powers your hard drive(s) / other optical drive(s)

    3. Free audio cable connector: the same type that connects your other optical drive(s) to the soundcard / integrated sound

    Of course, all of the above would have to be long enough to reach the new DVD drive's connectors when placed in the particular drive bay you intend to install the drive in.

    If the new drive is going to replace an old one then you'll have all of the above already.

    That LG drive you posted seems like a really good one - see this review & another.
