i no the reason we put our signs above 9 ft is to stop people tampering with them,a sign being high up is not really an excuse as your natural line of sight without moving your head is about 20 ftHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. dont do that. they can legally refuse to cash it.
Don't do that - you'll get a hernia from carrying them. And if you do don't be surprised if they contact you a bit later saying that when they counted them it was 2p short, so the fine wasn't paid and has now gone up.0 -
Hi
I see you're in the North East, I'm surprised you've not heard of Neil Herron
You could also try here
Hmmm. Just my opinion but I didn't think it was allowed to use a free forum to reference paid services.
For one of the services listed in that link I recommend reading of the T&C !

but I think a lot of them agree with idiots getting fined for being unable to read.

You're assumimg there was something adequate to read then. Strange to have that second sight when he hasn't shown any pics yet?
just note as an example of the system.
The maximum fine for an appellant telling porky pies in a decriminalised formal representation against a PCN is £5000-.
In comparison, the fine for all the Councils that repeatedly lie in response and then fail to contest THOUSANDS of applications to the Adjudicators each year - is NIL.
i suppose you think that's right as well?

Try looking a bit harder for the parking section... its not difficult.
P.s. Could your poor eye-sight be a contributory factor?

:rotfl: yeah if you drive a land rover
I wouldn't advise this cause of action but should anyone decide to please post the pictures :rotfl:"Very funny, Scotty. Now beam down my clothes."
All truth goes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Then, it is violently opposed. Finally, it is accepted as self-evident.0
