If car parks have barriers, just drive through them. They are designed to snap off for safety reasons.
I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?

I hope you get fined at least £200 for taking the p***. I don't think that many UK people agree with ridiculous parking offences - but I think a lot of them agree with idiots getting fined for being unable to read.

What about foriegners? Or people who cannot read because of a disability? Is that fair?

How high was the sign ?As long as there was a sign there then they are fine.I would be more concerned with lifting the barrier and breaking it.

Does that mean every sign has to be in half a dozen languages, based 2 feet from the floor and in braille ? :)

You are wrong about this site, http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showforum=30, I'm afraid you looked in the wrong section.
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.

    Hi leefire

I've moved this to the Parking sub-board.

If this is a council-issued PCN could you take a look at the welcome sticky and post the necessary info so someone can help? :)
