Well im back, finally, tecos was packed! We got home around 7.30ish, but the time i chucked a pizza in the oven (£1.30 for 3) and bathed and read a book to Joe it was 8.30! Joes already asleep and im enoying a very nice glass of wine (£9.99 half price). Im not going to be able to do this again this month, so the £4.99 will come off my spends. I need to update my sig as i also bought 2 pairs of colored tights for £4, i was thinking that they would brighten and and change my black dress for work, but now im not to sure.
Anyway, a little bit to wash up and then a bath and book and bed for me too!0 -
Not been on much, have been so busy.
Just wanted to tell the world that i have had an excellent parents evening! Joe's new teacher is excellent. She seems like she actully wants to teach. She said that she had read his report but decided to not take muhc notice of it as she didnt get reports on the other children. Joe got his sunshine reward at school today and he has also been moved up in maths! This happended last week and he didnt tell me! Its the first parents evening ive walked out of not crying! Well im a bit teary now, but only because i am so proud of the changes and progess he has made. The teacher plays a huge part in this, she is so lovely! Theres no walking out of class, no refusal to do work, no throwing chairs just a normal happy boy!!!! Its times like this i wish i could tell my mum this stuff, she would be so proud too. Of course my dad came with me, but i just want to share the good news, and i have mse and facebook, lol. Anyway, think dinner is burning best go!
WELL DONE JOE - I AM SO PROUD OF YOU!!!0 -
I think I would have left crying, finding out Joe is doing so well and his new teacher is experienced enough to make up her own mind.

Well done Joe.
The thing is she is really young, but she is still the best teacher Joe has had. She just seems great! We are not out of the woods yet, but we have had a wonderful start. Hopefully we can just carry on like this. As a reward for his sunshine chart and moving up in maths im going to take Joe out on Saturday as i really think he deserves a reward. He also wants to have a boys night with grandad - which he has agreed too.
Joe doing ok at school these past few weeks has really changed our home life, im not punishing him and feeling like the bad guy 24/7. We are both more cheerful and im not a mess everyday at 3.30 feeling like a compleate failure.
Now to get on with the other parts of our lives, im going to get us debt free so we can have a weeks holiday next August as well as saving up to move us somewhere a bit nicer and maybe one day have a garden!0 -
Ok,
Finally have a cheap phone from Argos, £4.99 so going to activate ebay tonight and list at least 3 items tonight, and go from there. I did also buy a slow cooker as i dropped the pot from the last one, and now its getting a bit colder i miss not having it.
Also got some meat from the butchers, very resonable, spent a total of £14 on 5 chicken legs, cut in half, thighs i will use in a chicken stew type thing and the drumsticks will be cooked for joes lunches, a huge pack of bacon, which i will need to spilt and freeze, 1kg of beef mince and some braising steak. Quite chuffed with that little lot as it will last us over a week.
Have loads still to update on but need to get back to work!0 -

Next mens suit jacket
Yellow and black wrap dress

Hi, thanks for popping in, and reading my rants!0 -
Right, another t shirt listed.
Dinners done, we had mac cheese. Nearly finshed washing up. Steak browned along with the veggies for tomorrows dinner. Just need to pop it all in the slow cooker tomorrow - im so happy ive got one again! Half the mince has been turned into meatballs, ready to be cooked off and frozen for during the month. Have run out of bread flour, so no bread for Joes lunches, so far hes got a chicken drum stick (cooked those when we got in) and a meatball/tomatoey/cheese wrap thingy - bad mum, no salad bits in the house, lol. He can have a flapjack from the freezer, and some fruit and raisins. So at least thats sorted.
Have taken pics of the pumps i want to sell on ebay, but need to really get off here and finish the washing up and get clothes ready for tomorrow. Joes at beavers tomorrow, so im hoping to get some more bits uploaded then, im aiming for a minium of 4 items a day. At least i can clear some of the junk that i would of thrown otherwise, still have my old ebay hub, and of course some of the jewellery bits i made, going to take some pics of that stuff too. Im not to sure how i will go on ebay as im a newbie? But we will see in 5 days time!0 -
hmmm been thinking about Joes treat, found £40 of tesco days out vouchers and was wondering if i could use them to take Joe to chessington? I will have to give them a call and find out if not, i need to search for a buy one get one free ticket.
sorry about the random post!0
