Hi Angie - sorry I've missed you!

I am quite a believer in tough (but fair) love!! Joe knew what was at stake and that good behaviour would be rewarded well! He appears to have gone well overboard today! :O(

I used to dance (in my younger days!) and mum would always take me dancing no matter what I had done - but saying that the fees were always paid for in advance so that may explain that!

My heart goes out to both of you - Joe because he wanted to go on the trip and you because you feel its your fault as his parent. Please don't blame yourself hun!! From everything I have read on your diary, you are a fanastic mum and I know of many kids who would benefit from having someone like you in their lives!

Definitely speak to 'whatever their name was' about the mentioning of aspergers etc. I know of a little lad who was diagnosed with ADHD when he was 4 or 5, by the time he was 8 that was ruled out (after being on unnecessary meds for years!) and he was just a energetic lad and now at the age of 13 he has been diagnosed with aspergers!!

Sending you a big hug and I hope you find your PMA! (I bet its under the bed somewhere!!)

Thanks Nats, I had a good search for PMA and im close to finding it im sure :)

I have to confess i did send Joe last night, a compleate cop out really. I collected Joe and must admit i was feeling quite disapointed and let down, and angry too  My dad also helped pusaude me to send him.

After id thought about it, im scared to take everything away from him, if i do that then what has he got to work for? I have taken everything before from him, i mean everything, in black sacks and then sent to my dads, it didnt really help at all, his behavour just got worse. Also lately the outbursts at school have included - i hate you, i hate my mum, i dont care :( Maybe it was compleatly wrong of me to back down (deep down i know it is) but it wasnt that long ago that everything was taken from me and i compleatly went of the rails myself, and i was old enough to know what i was doing.
Beavers was quite good though, they had a camp meeting so Joe knows what he is going to be missing. (lets face it, today and tomorrow, good all day?)

Anyway, im picking him up today, so will hopefuly get to talk to the teacher quickly, just to get filled in a bit more.

    Errggg, Work, hey!

Anyway, i gave in to both my dad and Joe. I hope he can behave today, but i dont think its going to happen. Great if it does, i will get him his camp stuff (will need it for the end of the month anyway) but if not we will just be going home.

Bright side of today, 2 free sausage rolls for breakie. And im close to finding my PMA.

    Morning Angie!!

Don't feel bad about Joe going to Beavers - as I said... when I was younger no matter what I had done, my mum took me dancing. Hopefully a different environment and a (different but still strict) structure of behavior and respect will bring out the best in Joe!

    Fingers crossed for todays behaviour!

Ooh - don't forget to check your bottom drawer for your PMA!! :O)

Well if Joe cant behave today then i really cant be going and spending money on beaver uniforms when i dont have it. Its his final chance, he can be quite intellegent, lets just hope he can use it. (i get quite excited about camps and things too)

Another bonus today, getting a lift back near home, so £2.60 saved, glad i didnt buy a return, ive had the 2 free sausage rolls and the beaver lady phoned to tell me she has got the badge and scarf for Joe, she is a lovely lady and said she would sew the badge on overnight, not sure what thats all for. Maybe i need a book or something. IF he even goes!

Will be out of here at 1.30 so thats nice, just wish i knew if Joe was being good or not.

And Nats, going to check that drawer when i get home!

    Morning All,

Well, yesterday was very busy. Left work to collect Joe, was there early and managed to speak to the head too :) He is please overall with Joes behavour, and also thought Joe derseved to go to camp. And yesterday was a good day, all his stickers and one from the head too. So really this just goes to show he can behave when he choses too  Joe was really excited yesterday, he was all over the place :rotfl:

So as he behaved we went to get his camp stuff, t-shirt / jumper / trousers £34.15  Was going to just get the jumper and t-shirt, but was told i did need the trousers, and to be fair kit list did state that he needed full uniform. Argos - sleeping bag and holdall £21.44 and i still forgot to get a torch! Going to nip to the £1 shop later and hopefully pick one up then.
Also had Mc'D's for dinner, i know not the best dinner in the world :o

Most of Joes bag is packed as when we get in we will need to go straight back out, Joe still needs dinner though so going to phone the childminder to ask if she can feed him dinner for me :money:

After buying Joe camp stuff i have hardly any money left really, even though budget says i do  need to check that all out tonight. Once ive dropped Joe off, im going home to chill with a nice glass of rose:j. Im going to be able to have the music as loud as i want, :jlisten to it while im in the bath :jand maybe even a lie in:j:rotfl:okay that probily wont happen, but i could!

Hope everyone is good, and the best bit of today? ITS FRIDAY
