Tried reinstalling AVG, again, the downloads show up in the download box, but i cant double click them or right click open.

Sorry to go off par, just wanted to know if you could point me in the right direction to Scan a documnet in, then edit that document including all the borders form the document and a small picture.
I have done the Office update and also saved file as a .tiff, used adobe and mic.office image! and I just cannot get the borders, lines e.t.c on...
