Putting a 1st Anniversary Card through door

In 2 weeks I will be putting a 1st anniversary card through the door of a bungalow near me with a note saying: "congratulations, you have been on the market 1 year and have dropped your price 5% when the market has dropped 20%!" In fact, I may buy a job lot as there are quite a few houses coming up a year!

Funny, but don't think it will win you any friends!Scar tissue that I wish you saw, sarcastic mister know it all, close your eyes and I'll kiss you cause with the birds I'll share this lonely view.0

Pointless really... unless you want to buy the bungalow. If you do then make an offer, if you don't then leave them to get on with it.

I think you need to get out more.0

If you don't know their circumstances you shouldn't be their judge.
Perhaps theyv'e won the lottery and have a laugh at you everyday being stuck on that estate, hey maybe they'll send you a card!!!0 -
your not alone..i want to do it too... 6 year old 2 bed house has been on market for £124 for ages, when a 3 bed 3 year old house has just sold for 119k!!..why do they think thier house hasnt been affected?TO FINISH LAST, FIRST YOU HAVE TO FINISH....0

In the area I'm lookin in, there's the same situation, house been on for a year (exactly as well, what a coincidence), and never dropped price. It's a 3-bed newish build detached. All the 4-bed places around it are now cheaper than it!0

OP - WHY?
Also, are you going to do this anonymously, or are you going to sign your name to it? As someone said, don't expect it to make friends of them if you choose the latter...0 -
Hey that's quite a fun idea! I'd been thinking about printing some of the great headlines from the papers and creating a custom card0

Better than cutting headlines, create your own by cutting out individual letters and sticking them onto plain paper. That'll put the willies up 'em!0
