Spot on. They're the lowest of the low. They're just chancers who borrow as much of other people's money as possible to gamble with. And sod everyone else.

Well as it goes, in my time I've been a paper boy, office cleaner (I even did the loos), kitchen porter, waiter, popcorn seller, shop assistant, barman, shop manager, chef, bank clerk, banking consultant and manager of a hedge fund business.

You're not some sort of secret agent/CIA operative are you?

Well, if you're debating or discussing an issue in 'the real world' then there a lot more factors that you can use to carry yourself, or make a point.....it's just the text that carries your point....BTLers are all just sleazy.... he never responds to any question you pose...fails to ever see any issue from any other point of view..... type more than 10 words in a post, take on other people's views....trotting out the same 15 word posts again, and again, and again...

You having a pop at me mate?

I think there's probably an element of that for everyone who sets up a small business, or works for themselves. A bit of power, a bit of not working for the man, proving a point to everyone else etc. All can be very good qualities of course.
I have a teeny tiny bit of an issue with this statement.

Many small businesses don't set up with any of the above aims in mind.

Perhaps some of them come along later to some owners, but, on the whole I wouldn't consider any of the above 'elements' as a reason to set something up.

Easy money that made people sound entrepreneurial and wealthy.....but it was just about easy credit to buy the stuff.
