Icecube - I am just not sure why cc's would accept less money than you owe them if you are paying them what you owe them now. I was just thinking there might be a better way out than borrowing off the in laws.....it is another form of consolidating your debts. Unless you have got to the root of the overspending and how the debt accumulated you are pretty much still in the same boat...
