Have worked out if I walk to work and then half way back ie to station to take me home(!) it will be 10 km.

I might walk it next Saturday Spud, at least that way I will know I can walk it all be it very slowly!!! if not I will do a local 5 km walk.

have to get on got fish to sort out see you all in a bit xxxx
