Has anyone done this recently? I have sent in my details twice and have heard nothing.

I shan't take it too personally...
  • ^ thought maybe they'd given up as I haven't heard anything for ages but I got an email asking if I was willing to forward another card and if my details were the same yesterday, so you could be hearing from them soon.

    I've been Money Tipped!
I'm not a newbie, I did it a while back and had no problems I simply forwarded on the mail as instructed. I got paid the money into my paypal account. Ever now and again sky send out a leaflet or magazine which I just throw in the bin.
For thousands of people this Christmas, their must-have gift is far more vital than the latest gadget or toy – it’s blood. Please don’t let the festivities and cold weather prevent you from giving them the ultimate gift… give blood.

I can't even get onto the website to sign up; the page won't scroll down to get to the sign up link :(

:mad:I too like another poster had one dodgy ex pat who doesn't seem able to provide a working credit card. Bit annoyed really as every month I get a letter asking for payment from him. Have emailed them and they just say they'll sort it out.. grr
  • I had someone who didn't seem to be able to pay their bills and I emailed Quick Penny every time. They always replied saying they'd sort it out, I assumed they paid the debt as it was always one months amount when the next letter arrived. I recently received a letter saying 'sorry to hearr you're moving ' from Sky, so clearly they've moved the idiot to someone elses address. Thank god for that.
  • I sorted it out with Quickpenny. They emailed me and confirmed that they paid the debt and then they claim it back from the recipient.

I'm newish on the forums but I'm nothing to do with them and haven't had any other problems apart from that one time (touch wood that will be the only problem!) I'm also a sky member and it hasn't been a problem.

i've been doing quickpenny for at least a couple of years.

whenever i get a sky card i send it to quickpenny.
then i get 25 pound + postage cost into my paypal account.

sometimes i get mail from sky that you can feel has no card in, so you just throw it away.
i shred and recycle of course.:A

i also get the monthly sky tv guide magazine. i don't have sky, but i read it anyway.

sometimes i've opened the sky mail [if it's not got a card in] just to see what's being sent.
it's just the usual sky letters.

only once it was a sky letter saying the person had missed 1 months payment.
i emailed quickpenny, they sorted it.

they always answer emails and are helpful.
    i've had no problems.

i don't go on thier website much because i have thier email addy, so i don't need to.
i did notice thier website wont scroll down anymore.
    i'll email them about it.

btw anyone who is already a member can refer people to join.
