    Hi everyone, new to this so here goes....

    Monday - HM Pizza

    Tuesday - Moroccan chicken

    Wednesday - Cheesy tuna pasta bake

    Thursday - Chickpea and spinach curry

    Friday - Roast Chicken

    Saturday - Chicken and Mushroom Pie, potatoes and veg

    Sunday - Toad in the hole and veg.

    Lunches - Salad's and sandwiches

    Thanks bullet, I might do some experimenting along the similar lines - both maple syrup and flageolets are popular in my household. Do let me know how yours turned out!

    Well, the gammon and bean concoction turned out ok, but I should have added more sauce. There may have been enough, but I froze half of the sauce to be used on a pizza another day. So the gammon and beans just got a light coating.

    Bit late this week as I haven't been paying attention!

    OH been away since Monday (back tonight) and i've started Rosemary Conley's Fat Attack Fortnight so constantly starving :rolleyes:

    Anyhoo,

    Wed - Steamed white fish, new potato's and steamed green veg
    Thurs - tomato and mushroom tagliatelle
    Fri - tuna steak with new pots and gren veg
    Sat - TBC (need to look at what I can have)
    Sun - TBC (roast for Mum proabably)
