Fri - Rogan Josh (chicken) Rice & nan (child - fish, homemade chips, peas)
Sat - Chicken in Tomato sauce with peppers, onions & mushrooms
Sun - Roast beef & yorkshire pud, roast pots, cauli, carrots & peas
Mon - Scrambled egg + refried beans + salsa in a wrap (good hot or cold)+ salad
Tues - Homemade veg soup/ lentils, split peas, onions, leek, carrot & swede + homemade rolls
Wed - pork chops baked with apple & cider, veg, potatoes
Thurs - low fat sausages & butter bean casserole - veg
Breakfasts - porridge with dried fruit/toast - sometimes cooked at the weekend. If cooked it's usually late and we have no lunch
Lunches, sandwiches, cheese, tuna, ham, egg etc, fruit, yoghurt, crisps sometimes.0 -
This week we'll be mostly having, in no particular order:

· Frozen cod, HM chips and peas
· HM chilli with spicy pots or spaghetti
· Lardons/onion omelette and egg fried rice
· Breakfast: eggs, bacon, beans, sausage & wedges

Sunday 15th: Pizza (reduced margherita with extra toppings put on by me) & baked beans
Monday 16th: Jacket potatoes, veggie chilli & sour cream, with salad
Tuesday 17th: Dinner at MIL's house
Wednesday 18th: Veggie Honey & Mustard chicken tonight, mash & peas
Thursday 19th: Gammon steak & pineapple (OH) / Fishfingers (me), mash & peas
Friday 20th: Dinner at parent's house

For me and my gf...
Monday - Beef stew (99p whoopsie beef, 1/3 casserole veg pack - £1 a pack) with potatos - so around 45p per serving (4 servings)
Tuesday - Beef stew - enough for 2 days
Wednesday - Beef Burger, chips and frozen veg (around 62p per serving - 4 servings)
Thursday - Beef Burger, chips and frozen veg
Friday - Sweet and Sour Chicken - 4 servings again, about 80p per serving
Saturday - Sweet and Sour Chicken
Sunday - Roast Pork with potatos and veg - 4 servings again so some for monday afterwords... about 66p per serving0 -

- Mon16 March - Stirfry egg noodles
- Tues 17 March - Mushroon and bacon pasta
- Wed 18 March - Chicken fajitas
- Thur 19 March - Chicken and rice with sweetcorn
- Fri 20 March - Steamed salmon and salad
- Sat 21 March - Dining out

Some great mealplans there everyone!
OH bought a reduced cooked FR chicken yesterday, so will have that for dinner with baked spuds and salad tonight. Will use leftovers in something tomorrow or the freezer. Also have some veggies that need cooking up for soup and freezer.
