    so does anyone knw for sure if the customer service skills course is free all the way throughout the course?

    That is disappointing but if you have registered your interest in a course, they do write to you when they are recruiting in your area. I've known it take more than a year, but their records seem to be reasonable at keeping you informed of courses that are available.

    It all depends on Government funding and on which colleges will work in partnership with them.

    I just got myself a place for Customer Service with vision2learn, I've got my tutor assigned and I start next week. :j

    I have started NVQ ITQ through Vision to Learn this February. I have not had any problems. It's due to finish in July now.

    Just tried to register for the money management course and got told there was no funding available for my area :( .

    There Aee No Free Courses Available - I Have Tried To Sign Up To Them All And They All Say The Same - No Funding Available. Fyi - If Any Of You Have Any More Luck Please Let Me Know
  • Newcastle College have free eNVQ courses (level two only) in Business Administration and Customer Service. They sometimes have other freebies too, it's worth asking...

    Please can you advise the free courses that are available can you apply to do them if you are unemployed?

    Id love to be able to do some of them from home on my PC and build my knowledge and skills to help me get a job!

    If its the case where I cannot apply can anyone help me find some where that wont cost me and that I can do from home
