1 - slap the T and take the money he has stolen.
2 - change the locks and deny all knowledge of the T ever existing.

For a video guide - refer to Simpsons Episode where Homer gets conned out of his own home by the Travelling Carnnies.

This is a funny cartoon, with a HUGE slice of reality in it.
Stop trolling AJ - you *know* that what you are suggesting come under the heading of criminal acts. For anyone who may like to consider changing locks on a tenanted property ( because they are stupid and want to end up with a criminal record & even further out of pocket) have a look here (Portsmouth), here (Coventry), here (Birmingham) and here (Tyneside). There are plenty more examples.

When LL registration comes in south of the Border , as it will do eventually , what do you reckon your chances of getting registered will be, with a conviction for assault, tenant harassment & illegal eviction?

A poster who advises the OP to base his entire business model on what a fictional yellow cartoon character does is perhaps not a font of great knowledge.
  • LOL! - Ok, fiction it might be - but the realityof the situation (minus the carnies) is spot on as far as pi-ss taking tenants go.

Good luck with your bible route to success - you do not stand a chance.

Oh and if anyone accussed me of assault - it was clearly self defense - my witness would back that up.
