I feel like I've found the holy grail ish! :j
Went to Cribbs today - still got free bodyform - brush and wipes - but my card is broken and my OH didn't get the self tan voucher so didn't bother.
I thought I would have a look around all the dear skin care stuff and there on the top shelf of the Avenue section were 4 of those after sun bags. There was a sign saying "use your £5 skin care voucher for avenue" but no price nothing. I just got the bag in my sweaty hands when the TD woman accosted me wanting to know if i wanted any help. I nearly fainted, last time I spoke to her she made me spend £6 on a exfoliator - before my MSE days. I almost threw the bag down and mumbled i was ok!!.
If my card comes today in the post I might go back tonight and try it with the younger members of staff - I think my card is marked there now, the SA with the blonde fringe stalks me!

I manged to get a couple of packs of bodyform for free and got 6p in points today :j
One word or warning if you can use your bodyform vouchers in Boots. As I tried in wilkinsons and was refused. I tried one on the way through and once on the way back to the carpark.
The bodyform is priced at 99p so got the first one through no problems and got no change. Not that I was expecting any. On the way back I tried again and was refused. I was told because they where 99p they could not accept a £1 voucher I am like. Just said ok got no change on me which was true.
But I can't work that out as Boots are even given a 1p change which is nice but not expected but they will get back when the vouchers are redeemed at £1 plus a handling cost per voucher. So even with no change wilkinsons would be making an extra 1p per transaction.
Me thinks a complaint is coming on. Did not worry me one way or another as since becoming a member of the MSE Boots clubI tend not to have much shame any more :rotfl:

If you have rung customer services don't they block the original card.
As lost mine and never found it but lucky no else had and they told me they had blocked the card so it could not be used again and no points could be taken off.

I ordered a spare card for my husband and son, for me really, and they both arrived within a week. Son got two though
so that's three double points vouchers!

Essential Aromatherapy
Glass stand-alone shelves near the door of our Boots had several Essential Aromatherapy items marked reduced but went through the till even cheaper.
Grapefruit Lime Hand Creme marked was £1.75 now £0.87 - charged £0.57
Peppermint nutmeg Bath Essence was £2.00 now £1.00 - charged £0.66
Peppermint nutmeg Massage Oil was £2.00 now £1.00 - charged £0.66
The Pamper Shower Rack was not on the reduced display but still on the Essential Aromatherapy shelves and I think it was marked at about £15.00. I asked for a price check and was told £7.50 but it went through the till at £4.990 -

My offers on the AC machine haven't changed at all... Same old Mark Hill, TS, FCUK, Hackett (nothing reduced though!), Brita, 17 etc. Walked out of Boots empty-handed!
(Which might be a good thing as I really don't need anything -- should use up all the stuff I've accumulated first!)0
