Thanks, but the Boots at home is 2 hrs away. Can only get to the boots in Bangor unless I get a bus somewhere else.Student MoneySaving Club member 017!0 -

I asked today if the No7 bags would still be around in March and was told yes, stock permitting. (This backs up a label I saw ages back with a code saying end of March - but at the time was only told it was on in Feb) So you should be fine.
 Actually I'm a bit disappointed as I'd personally like them to hurry on to the next offerDo I Need One Stops All Unnecessary Reckless Spending£2 CSC - £30 :kisses3:0 -
WELSH-DRAGON wrote:I am expecting another "miracle" baby so am I correct in thinking that I could get 2 no.7 suncreams or say 2 eyeshadows with the one parenting voucher ? Also what is the £19.50 gift bag previously mentioned - many thanks
I am only guessing as like you know I don't have a parenting voucher but I would think you would be able to get two suncreams but not two eyeshadows, because the suncream is on bogof.Student MoneySaving Club member 017!0 -

thanks ames123 I am 99.9% certain that the voucher states for ONE product up to the value of £16 so I just wondered if anyone had used it for two, even if they are on BOGOF, with the SAs in my local branch they would pick up on a BOGOF and the TOCs of the voucher and probably say I could not use it the voucher in conjunction with another offer.
I am the only Voucher Queen in my village LOL

chachiluz wrote:Sorry ames123... I am lucky as I have a few in Birmingham and Worcester, I understand your plight, how about boots.com they do some of the 500 points offers in some items but it is not the same.
Lol don't worry it doesn't bother me too much, I would only spend lots of money if I had a big one nearby!Student MoneySaving Club member 017!0 -

I did well in Boots today (for me anyway!). Last week I bought several EI products then found out that I only got 150points. IMO the EI stuff stinks so I thought I would return two today.
I didn't have my receipt so I took some Karvol Capsules to get in exchange for the soap/hand lotion. The SA told me that she couldn't give me a refund so I thought fair enough and paid for the Karvol. I also got some TD wipes worth £4 free with a skin care voucher.
Once I had my receipt I read the T&C on the back as mentioned on here. I then went to another till and explained what had happened and that the T&C show that I was entitled to an exchange.
The SA asked the manager who agreed to a refund as I had just bought the items I wanted after being refused a refund. He made out that he was doing me a favour but I politely reminded him of their policies!
He then handed me £3.16, this is too much as the soap was £1.66, the lotion a little dearer but it was BOGOF.
I spent £2.99, got £3.16 cash refund and 200points, excellent little trip.
I also found the Soltan kids sets but they aren't high enough factor. They also had packs for approx £1.25 (BOGOF) with two of the small pouch type suncreams and an aftersun in the same type packaging. These are great for carrying around in your handbag in the summer for the kids.Nevermind the dog, beware of the kids!0 -
Went to Boots in York town centre, nothing fantastic but I did get,
Tixylix £2.29 and 200 points
3 Pack of always with vouchers on
4 x sandwiches reduced to 75p each
2 x cleanser reduced to £1.49 and bogof
Trial pack of training pants 98p
Olay face wash
Paid with £5 boots voucher, 3 x always vouchers, 1x huggies voucher & a small amount of coin of the realm, got another £5 voucher and 3 more always voucher plus over 200 points.
Not a bad trip out as we had gone to the railway museum and forgotten to take lunch so 75p sandwiches very welcome.
Now need to figure out what to buy with 2 remaining £5 vouchers!!0 -
Remember they expire on tuesday!0
