I was told by an assistant today that Osh Kosh clothing will be reduced to 50% on Wednesday as Boots will be discontinuing the line. It appears that they do not sell enough of it and so it will continue in France but not here. Hope that this helps someone.0

Its not just the shops that make a mistake.
Bought two packs of nappies from boots.com plus a few other bits and pieces - when they arrived some lovely order picker had put in two double packs of nappies!
Not bad £13.50 (10% discount was on) for four packs of 54 Pampers.
Wish I had ordered four packs now and hopefully received eight!0 -

you can get 2 x £19.50 No7 Suncream giftbags & 2x lilac bags - all free with £16 parenting voucher (for some reason it takes the whole ammount off) -
Dont' you just love Boots's tills!

On the bargain front I got 4 pairs of Osh Kosh jammies for £10.46 (ish) yesterday at the Town Centre store in East Kilbride, think the SA made a mistake at the till though as a friend tried to get them later and she was told they were £5.99 a pair. - Thats another 4 Christmas pressys sorted!!!!
I got mine within two weeks, but have found out that boots are having trouble with registering lately, so it would probably be best to check, just in case. you never know, they might give you extra points too.

Hi Pash, thanks for the vote of confidence! Was going to reply yesterday them got chucked off pooter by dh needing to do some work - cheek of it!
Well, the makeover went well, she listened to what I said, and I looked quite good at the end, it's nice to try out new things, and see how someone else sees you (if you see what I mean!)
The foundation was great, but still after a couple of hours began to look flaky on my dry bits! But I loved the eye liner and lipstick! The girl was really nice even when dh appeared with all the children, and the two youngest decided to stay and watch me  She didn't try to make me buy anything, but sadly they are waiting for more samples to arrive, so I'll need to pop back next week (did I think I'd be able to get into Boots next week? :rotfl: ) I asked for the pencil and lippy, and I can even do it myself at home (though I was a bit concerned when she said the eye stuff can be removed within 60 seconds, then it'll stay put all day, thought I might be tattooed for life :rotfl: - luckily it came off on the good old Evian wipes that I bulk bought ages ago!)
Told her I wasn't that impressed by the freebie moisturiser, she suggested using less (how much less can I use, I'm already down to a tiny weeny blob - at this rate the pot'll last forever!) and really rubbing it in! Anyway perhaps this was why she didn't recommend any of the lotions or potions. She was also very nice about my skin, said the colour and tone were great and that I didn't need any wrinkle stuff :rotfl: Obviously the no 7 eye bag stuff is working!GC Oct £387.69/£400, GC Nov £312.58/£400, GC Dec £111.87/£4000 -

I haven't anything useful to contribute to the thread, haven't been into Boots for a couple of days (and can't get my printer to work, so no Clinique voucher yet.)
For pink hair, though there isn't a 'brilliant pink' rangewouldn't all the colour protect varieties still do a good job of keeping colour vibrant - ie T&G and Mark Hill have got this sort of product.
Hi there, if you PM me I'll print one off for you and post it!GC Oct £387.69/£400, GC Nov £312.58/£400, GC Dec £111.87/£4000 -

I thought that I was doing well getting one free bag! Was very pleased when I got to the front of the queue and was served by a young male Saturday person! Can't complain since I got it with my preg voucher!
Also got my Med body butter stuff, definitely not going through as BOGOF! Took the extra item into another Boots with my receipt and the girl just handed over another one free, didn't even put it through the tills! (I did want it, wasn't looking for a refund!) Don't you love Saturday staff!
Got some more Bodyform - they seem to still be getting them in with the vouchers on, as sometimes they have them and sometimes they don't - either that or they've got an enormous stock room full of the stuff (a bit like my spare room - but it is waiting to go to the local refuge)
Got some King of Shaves stuff for dh and made it up to £10.00 with reduced TS stuff (only a few bits left on the shelf now!), so got my £4.00 off - anyone know when this one ends?
Couldn't find the Botanics hair mask, and it was close to my makeover time, so will save that treat for another day!
On my second visit (so I could get my BOGOF on med stuff) got lots of reduced FCUK bits (this was in Locking - a big stand to the left of the men's bits, near the disposable cameras - for Burnham1 and Kit, and any other "locals"). Couldn't find the hair mask again, so will try when I next go, will need to be quick as I have 4 vouchers to use us before end of Tuesday!
Thanks once more to everyone's advice about the makeover, creams and foundations - will seek out samples of all the foundations I can!
Edit: Locking also had the boots 17 brushes in stock - the one in town still has none!GC Oct £387.69/£400, GC Nov £312.58/£400, GC Dec £111.87/£4000 -
Hi folks
I've been enviously following this thread for some time, having discovered MSE whilst on sick leave and wasn't able to go out and exploit the loopholes
I made my first proper foray into Boots in Uxbridge yesterday (this isn'y my local Boots - we were out for the day, DH being a footie match official and me shopping!) My two most local Boots have no AC machines!
Be proud of me! This is what I got....
4 x Lynx Click BS @ £2.19
3 x Lynx Click Showergel @ £1.99
=£14.73 - £4.00 Men's toiletries offer
=£10.73 cash paid.
Received:
1 skincare £5 voucher which I spent immediately on OLAY TE wipes
75 points £10 total spend
7 x 100 Lynx points (printed 7 vouchers and the SA looked a bit dubious but put them through anyway)
42 "normal" points.
Thanks very much to everyone who contributes to this thread with offers to watch out for.
I saw no Avene bags yesterday or Boots Kids Soltan packs. There were some reduced items but nothing to get excited about. It's old Xmas stock with maybe a third off.0 -
