apologies if already mentioned...
If you're looking for something to buy to use up the (lilac bag) 250 No7 points coupon before they expire, there's a 'No Streaks Tan Wipe' for £1.50
SA told me I hadn't bought any No7 products when I presented my voucher.. I smugly got the wipe out of the bag to show her... After scrutinising the T&C's on voucher she reluctantly scanned it.. wasn't a happy bunny :rotfl:0 -
Lots of reduced electricals in Walsall today, cd players, radios, coffee machines etc and they were bringing out loads of crates of reduced stock and reducing it even further.
Picked up three nice little manicure pods for 30p each all sealed and 3 white collection incense sticks and holder in a nice little white organza bag 30p each (were £3.50 originally) and they went through on 3 for 2. So i dont know if the 3 for 2 gift glitch is back or whether its some other offer kicking in that I didn't know about.
Also picked up some small rolls of scotch sellotape for 5p each!!! Can never have enough sellotape!
Also noticed they were giving away lovely max factor make up brush sets in boxes they were from a previous promo if you bought ANY make up item (not reduced lines though and it didnt have to be max factor). They looked lovely but i have 2 sets already and I couldnt justify buying any more make up.
On a not so positive note, as I was walking round the store being as nosey as possible (as us bootsers are). I noticed some crates of stock being put out that had reduced stickers on them and there was a note attached to the box saying that the the stick was not for clearance and that stickers had to be peeled off and the stock put back on the shelves at the full selling price
The best bargain today for me was a philips mini hi-fi which I've had my eye on for ages now - Original price was £49.99 (they have the same one in Tesco £47.97). It was reduced to £33.33 so I paid with points :T
I'm down to £1.60 odd in points now again - I desperately need another points glitch now boots - pleaase if anyone from HO is reading can u fix it for me? :rotfl:
Edit: or should that be un-fix it?0 -
WELSH-DRAGON wrote:I am having a welsh-dragon moment ? I thought that I could only get one free parenting no.7 item to get the lilac bag so I have been choosing something for £16. Could I actually then get 2 no.7 items with my freebie voucher ?
It would be good to know as I hear the cat is expecting shortly
Lol I actually spent £15 on two products! I havn't got a parenting voucher and I don't want one for a long time!Student MoneySaving Club member 017!0 -

There's been 2 in the small Boots in Bury for a couple of weeks.. on a reduced stand but not priced, so I think thats put people off.. Keep looking at them, hard to pass up a bargain but I don't have small kids so no use to me.. :rotfl:0 -

Must take a few minutes to come through lol cos not got it yet.
If its about the parenting voucher I know I 'could' apply for one.
Some of the make-up I bought I did actually want and I know what i'm going to use the lilac bag for, so it's alright.Student MoneySaving Club member 017!0 -
Got it.
I've got £11.08 on my card.I know loads have loads more than that, but thats good for me as the Boots here doesn't have a machine, so can only use a machine when I go home.
