Estee lauder does good ranges for dry skin- plus lovely finishes. They also have a tinted moisturiser which gives quite a good finish- plus a great range of shades. I would ask at the counter as if you have some pots they usually give u a sample away. Then if you like anything buy it at bonus time !0

pash wrote:going slightly off thread.. does anyone know of a real good foundation that is suitable for dry skin.. When i had my make over with Lancome i told the girl about my skin and she used a foundation specially for dry skin.. it (alegedly <spelling again!>) hydrates the dry parts and tones down the oily parts if you have any.. but still within 2hours of it being applied it had gone into flakes around my nose (my problem area) and accross my forehead.. glad i hadnt bought any (£20+) as i told her i wanted to see how it settled down on my skin first, they all look good at first but i am having the same problem everytime! so far im having to stick to my bodyshop tinted moisturiser which is ok but not enough coverage for a dressed up look if you know what i mean!
thanks and sorry for wandering of topic a little!

I have exactly the same problem and have am yet to find make up that suits. What is the bodyshop tinted moistuiriser? Best foundation i have found at the momenent is NO7 but only when i apply a moisturiser base....desperate for something quick and easy!0 -
Carmarthen boots has loads of the kids suntan lotion packs. Already got 4 lots (bogof of course)- have 3 kids so hope to use it all this summer. Going to donate a packet to playschool too!
Hoped to be naughty today and get another clinique moisturier but it was the same lady behind the counter as yesterday and too chicken to try!0 -

i think it is with the vitamin e stuff, it is just a tinted moisturiser, moisturiser with a hint of colour. i use it and top up with a swoosh of bronzing pearls to give a little more colour! i always use a moisturiser under any faoundation i use but always the same problem! (glad im not alone!)

After getting the vitamins home I realized they have yeast in them and I won't be able to use them. Can I take them back with the receipt even though I've already used the skincare voucher, or will they ask for that back too?
I new to this and have never returned anything at Boots before.
Thanks in advance
Check out the Returns Policy at the bottom of Post 2.
Have to say, with Medicines I think you'd be lucky to get a refund unless the item is faulty (broken seal, damaged bottle, etc).

Hi all,
In the next month I should be getting my 32000 points from bootsphones and I'd like to buy a camera and ideally a highchair for my brother's new baby. Now, are there any Boots that sell highchairs instore... or is it just online? Also can anybody tell me how to find out where there's a boots with a large selection of cameras? Is there a function on the website that lets me check stock availability at different stores?
Thanks0 -
Brum shopping was dismall. I was armed with my AC vouchers for meal deal and n17 wipes and brush and the SA did not put the points in. When I looked there was a huge queu and she asked me to wait, then only 100 points when I thought she had put all   she also gave me back the AC vouchers
. When I realised I was close to the Boots at Bullring I explain that I hadn't had my points and I wasn't going to go all the way to the other boots, and they said no more points so I asked for a refund on n17 wipes so I could start all over again and the reply was no. I wanted my points!! in the end I rung CS and they were lovely and I got my points, although the guy said when you get your new card your points will added thinking I was using an old card
.... no darling I only
had the card (my daughters card) for 2 weeks and already 16 pounds worth of points thanks to all in the mse :T :T
